If anything in your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, let us know within 72 hours of delivery for a refund or exchange.

For all non-prescription items — including food — we can help find a different solution to meet your pets' needs or issue a full refund within 90 days of receipt.

Rural King stands alone in our prescription medication refund policy.If you’re not 100% satisfied with your prescribed medication, we can offer prorated refunds up to 30 days after your order ships.
